Who owns the Domain Name?

While you are legally the 'registrant' of the Domain Name, the actual domain name should be considered 'leased' from the relevant Naming Authority (the Registry).

So long as the domain fees are paid to the Registry (which we do on your behalf), you will always have first refusal when the domain name is due for renewal.
